Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions.
Here you will find the Terms and Conditions for services offered by Soul Balance Pilates, including
mat classes/1:1 bookings, cancellations, refunds and studio and policies.
Booking mat classes
Clients must book mat classes in advance of attendance using our online booking system (www.soulbalancepilates/bookaclass). Please note that enrolment closes 30 minutes before the advertised class start time.
Single class “pay as you go” bookings
Clients can book single mat classes “pay as you go” via our online booking system. Click on the mat class and the date you wish to attend, check availability and follow instructions.
Discount when purchasing a block of mat classes
In addition to single session “pay as you go” mat classes, Soul Balance Pilates offers a discount when clients purchase a block of mat classes. These blocks consist of between 6-8 mat classes and roughly follow the school term. Clients are not able to purchase a block of classes without registering their interest first and providing contact details. Please contact us via the website or at aleks@soulbalancepilates.co.uk to sign up for a block of classes. Group mat class prices can be found on the website.
Payments
Payment for Soul Balance Pilates class bookings can be made in the following ways:
Online using the booking system via our website www.soulbalancepilates.co.uk/bookaclass. We accept most major credit cards (except American Express) and use Stripe to process payments.
In specific cases we may take BACS payment. Please contact us to discuss at aleks@soulbalancepilates.co.uk.
Booking another block of classes
Once a block of mat classes has finished, an email will be sent inviting clients to book and make payment for the next block. Please note that it is up to clients to check upcoming dates and decide whether it is better to “pay as you go” or purchase a block of mat classes. Please note that refunds are not available for any classes within a block which a client is unable to attend.
Booking studio 1:1s
New 1:1 studio clients need to make contact first via email aleks@soulbalancepilates.co.uk or telephone 07824340214 to register their interest and check availability. Clients are able to purchase an individual 1:1 session or a block of four 1:1s at a discounted price. You can check prices of classes and 1:1s on the website. Please note that individual sessions are subject to availability and clients will be encouraged to purchase a block of four to ensure regularity of a weekly session.
Cancellations
The cancellation policy applies to all. Cancellations must be made by phone, in person, or via text at least 24 hours prior to mat classes and 1:1 sessions. Late cancellations will be charged at the price of the mat class/1:1.
To cancel a single “pay as you go” mat class, you can do this yourself using your Acuity account (web or App). Go to ‘My Schedule’ and cancel the mat class.
We do not take cancellations via email as they may not be picked up. Please text on 07824340214.
In the event of a class or 1:1 cancellation by the teacher, Soul Balance Pilates will give clients at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible.
If a single class or 1:1 is cancelled, we will issue a full refund to your account or the method that you indicate or, if preferred credit will be retained and used for another 1:1 or mat class.
In the case of the teacher having to cancel a mat class on a block booking, we will issue a refund for those clients not continuing classes after that block, or for those continuing classes, the cost of the cancelled class will be deducted from their next block payment.
Refunds
Soul Balance Pilates can only offer a full refund or reschedule a 1:1 or single class booking if the cancellation is made within the 24 hour notice period.
In extraordinary cases Soul Balance Pilates exercises discretion regarding missed mat classes or 1:1s. If you are unable to cancel a single pay as you go class or 1:1 within the given notice, please message or call 07824340214.
